Chocolate Chip Cookie-Stuffed Pies

YES!  You saw that correctly!!  The best of 2 worlds!!  Cookies and Pies!!  I found this little gem on Pillsbury.com.  It is HEAVEN!!!!!!   I have been eyeing this recipe for a while now, but couldn't decide WHEN I would do it.  Now I am kicking myself as to why I hadn't done it sooner!!!!!  LoL 

Here goes with the recipe and PHOTOS!!!  :)


 



Ingredients

1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
Pillsbury® Ready to Bake!® refrigerated chocolate chip cookies (from 16-oz package)
milk chocolate candy drops or pieces, unwrapped
1 teaspoon sugar

Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees.  



Remove the pie crusts from the package and unroll onto the work surface.



Cut eight 3 1/2 inch rounds from both crusts. (i could only fit 7 rounds)



Put one unbaked cookie (or 1 teaspoon of homemade cookie dough) in center of one set of rounds.



Press the pointy side of hershey kiss into center of cookie dough.



Brush water on the edges of each crust.



Top with remaining rounds and seal edges with fork.



Brush water on tops and sprinkle sugar on top.



Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.







Let sit for 5 minutes and then serve.  Enjoy all the gooey chocolately goodness!!!  I am in HEAVEN!!!
